Some Notes on the Tropical Dry Evergreen Forest of South India
The Tropical Evergreen forest of the east coast of India has been variously studied since it was recognized as a forest type. Lately quantitative ecological analyses of sacred groves around the Pondicherry region have been undertaken. However within all of these works a clear picture of the ecological dynamics of the TDEF has not emerged and it is the intention of this paper to contribute to this.º º º º º º
